Rub the lens for 20 seconds.3.Rinse lenses for 10 seconds per side with OPTI-FREE® Express® solution.4.Fill lens case with solution and place lenses in case.5.Add fresh OPTI-FREE® Express® contact solution to store lenses overnight.Tighten the case and wait overnight or at least 6 hours.
